Description

The Reflective Edge® is an optional high-visibility upgrade for 500–1500 gallon Husky® Folding Frame and Self-Supporting Tanks. A reflective strip is sewn along the top edge of the tank, becoming highly visible when exposed to light—similar to reflective safety lettering. This feature improves nighttime visibility and helps reduce the risk of accidental tank damage during emergency or low-light operations.

Shipping and Warranty

This item typically ships parcel or freight, depending on order quantity and destination. Standard lead times are 2–3 business days. Orders may be canceled within 48 hours unless the item has been crated or shipped. Freight delivery is typically 2–6 business days; allow extra time for remote locations. The freight carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. Tracking information will be provided via email and may take 1 business day to update.

Package Inspection
Please inspect your package upon delivery. If there is visible damage, note it on the delivery receipt and contact us within 24 hours. Retain all original boxes and packaging materials.

Returns (Husky Products Only)
All returns must be pre-authorized and require a return authorization. Email sales@tankretailer.com to request authorization. Returns are accepted for new, unopened products only. No products may be returned after installation or attempted installation. All returns must be requested within 30 calendar days from the delivery date. The product must be in the original packaging and include all packaging materials, crates, boxes, and pamphlets. All returns include a 20% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for return freight shipping costs. The final return amount will be calculated as the purchase price less return shipping cost and the 20% restocking fee.

Warranty

HPC offers a lifetime warranty on all welds and welded seams in the firefighting product line and a 3-year warranty on welds and welded seams in the environmental product line. All warranty claims may be reviewed and inspected by HPC. Photos of the issue must be submitted. If the issue can be resolved with a repair kit, HPC will ship the kit to the end-user (within the continental U.S., ground shipping only). If not, the product may be repaired or replaced by HPC. The customer is responsible for shipping the product to HPC; HPC will cover return shipping within the continental U.S. HPC reserves the right to deny warranty claims resulting from negligence or abuse.
